Registration.

1. By joining GE and its associated sites you agree that you are 18 years of age. (Legal age in your country of origin). GE accepts no responsibility or liability for users lying about their age.

2. Membership to GE is a privilege not a right. Users found in violation of these TOS, Submission rules or caught flaming/harrassing other members will have their account deleted.

3. Submitting to our terms and conditions you waive the right to hold GE and its partners, staff, owners, forums mods etc, liable for any perceived wrong doing. This includes and not limited to, lawsuits, lawyers fees, claims of harrassment, discrimination or claims by a third party directly or indirectly in relation to content you post, read, communication with other members or in our terms and conditions. We are free of liable pertaining to connection issues, viruses, violation of terms and conditions or your violation of any rules and regulation for our site.

4. YOU MUST BE 18 TO JOIN NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL! 18! 18! 18! Not 17, not 16 and a half but 18!!! Users found in violation of this rule will have their IP banned from our servers forever!

By knowingly reading a restricted fic and being under age you risk the law in your country. We accept no responsibility for Authors/Readers disobeying the law.

5. You will act responsibly and be polite at all times. We do not allow arguing in reviews- this applies to Authors getting cross with readers. Any member found flaming or being blatantly rude will be deleted.

6. No stories are to be reproduced in any way. All stories/graphics belong to their respective Authors/Artists unless otherwise stated. If you are found to have taken someone else's story to post here you and your IP will be instantly banned forever. GE accepts no liability for plagiarism, however we will investigate every accusation thoroughly. Those found plagiarising another's work will be instantly banned and their stories deleted.

7. New authors must read through our SUBMISSION RULES very carefully before posting. Failure to adhere to Submission Rules will result in your story being rejected and you being asked to post your work elsewhere.

8. Banners are not permitted. We are a banner free website!

9. Do not email Admin with help questions if you have not read our help section before contacting Admin.

10. Granger Enchanted does not accept any fics where and SVM/TB/Crossover character is involved in a sexual relationship when she/he is underage and their partner is older. Any fics found in violation of this policy will be deleted.

11. Disregard for our submission rules or TOS will result in banning. Bannings will occur on a case to case basis and if you are under a ban you must not register a new account or try to update your stories/review etc. You will receive a warning if you break the rules under a banning and if you break the rules again you will receive a blanket ban over all our archives for life.

12. Please note all IP's are logged and kept for a year in our database. Yes even anonymous ones!

13. GE and its partners do not collect information from any member or sell it to a third party.

14. By submitting your stories to our archive you give GE non-exclusive publishing rights.

15. Failure to comply with terms and conditions will result in banning for no less than two weeks. Subsequent rule breaking will result in permanent banning.

16. GE will not be held responsible for any damage incurred by users downloading graphics, stories or any content found on our sites.

17. We reserve the right to update and change TOS at any time. By agreeing to this you will abide by all changes that shall occur from revisions.
