| It is time for another challenge at Area Five. Big thanks to lilbitbord for suggesting a What If challenge. I’m sure when either reading the books or watching the show, we’ve all thought what if that would have happened instead. So here is your chance to write it. Here are a few examples. You don’t have to write one of them, you can if you like, it is entirely up to you. What if Eric would have met Sookie first? What if Bill would have completed his mission for Queen Sophie-Anne? What if when he first saw her Eric would have simply taken Sookie from Bill? What if Sam would have made his move on Sookie before Bill turned up? What if Sookie would have been gay? What if Sookie would have known the real reason Bill had returned to Bon Temps? What if Eric was King? All pairings are allowed. All ratings are allowed. All genres are allowed. 1000 word minimum. All stories must have been beta’d. No exceptions. Seeing how Area Five is still growing, I’m putting an extended due date on all entries. All fics must be in by August 1st | |

I think my SVM muse has left me. I've been trying to write a sequel to How I met Sam Merlotte and nothing is coming at all. Very discouraging.

Hopefully things have settled down for me now. I have no weddings coming up, I think 5 colds in as many months is enough. Lets see if we can get this site jumping again.
